Paul is president of the Progressive Contractors Association of аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û2023 (PCA). The PCA is the voice of progressive employers in аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û2023's construction industry. His role with the PCA is focused on ensuring that its progressive member companies -- who entail the bulk of a group of contractors unionized outside of the framework of international craft-based unions -- are able to secure work opportunities that are free from monopolized interests, restrictive bidding practices, outdated labour laws and rigid approaches to constructabilty.
